The rental market has started 2025 with a bang! With above average interest in all price ranges, from 1 Bedroom flats to large detached houses. As a result, there is now a lack of available homes to rent throughout the areas we cover.
We still await the final details of the government’s proposed changes in legislation, which has caused the slowing in the rate of new properties coming to the market. Although, we have not to date seen the expected loss of existing homes, as our Landlords continue to commit to the market as they can see the rewards, in higher rents and potential tenants, keen on securing long term accommodation, which is great for rent returns.
We continue to register many potential tenants, who are seeking a better rental experience and are prepared to pay a premium to obtain it.
