Hi Gina and Simon, Now that the sale of my house in Gordon Avenue has just gone through, I wanted to write to thank you both in particular, but also others in your team I dealt with, for all that you’ve done. I found this a very much happier process than I did dealing with your yellow competitor across the road when I first bought the house (and indeed when I was asking for quotations initially). Simon came in with a price that was right in the middle of the range I got from the five or six agents who offered price estimates, and worked strategically and with integrity to achieve precisely this price, at a time of great uncertainty in the market, the Brexit confusion being at a particular high point in January and February.
