FULL-TIME BLOCK MANAGER - SOUTHAMPTON

We are looking for an experienced block manager to join our Block & Estate Management department on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be working with mainly RMC & RTM clients as well as some Freeholders. The main duties will be made up of site visits, arranging proactive and re-active maintenance, liaising with contractors, H&S inspections, ensuring fire safety, a range of leaseholder and client communications, planning section 20 major works projects, conducting AGMs and planning/maintaining annual service charge budgets.

The role is 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday with some weekday out of hours work for client meetings as needed.

The ideal candidate will have one year Block Management experience, excellent customer service, IT and communication skills and a full UK driving licence. It would also be desirable that candidates have an industry related qualification such as TPI / RICS / IOSH.

FULL-TIME SALES ADMINISTRATOR (MATERNITY COVER) - WINCHESTER

Pearsons Estate Agents are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator (Maternity Cover) to be based out of our busy Winchester Branch.

Excellent admin, organisational & customer service skills are required. Experience in administration, estate agency and sales is preferred. This is a full-time position 9:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday, including occasional Saturday cover when required.
