PROPERTY MANAGER - SOUTHSEA LETTINGS

Pearsons Estate Agents are looking to recruit a Property Manager to be based out of our Southsea Branch.

We are looking for a highly motivated and focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good local knowledge of the Southsea and surrounding areas and the ability to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team.

Main duties will include liaising with Landlords and Tenants, completing property inspections, handling check outs and deposit returns, making up Tenancy Agreement packs, and dealing with Tenancy renewals, as well as arranging maintenance from time to time.

Pearsons is a well-established firm who have a strong focus on customer service and producing results so applicants must be well presented with a lot of drive and determination. We pride ourselves on giving the best service we can, excellent communication skills are essential for this role, and the ability to self-motivate.

This is a commission based role with a competitive salary on offer. The role demands a working week from 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 4.00pm one in three Saturdays.

WEEKEND SALES ASSISTANT - FAREHAM

Pearsons Estate Agents in Fareham are looking to recruit a Weekend Sales Assistant.

We are seeking a Weekend Sales Assistant to join our highly successful Fareham Office. Saturday and Sunday working with one weekend on, one weekend off.

This position would suit someone who is comfortable in dealing with the public, is self-motivated and has a lively personality with strong customer service skills.

Hours of work - Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm.
