    As Branch Manager will be responsible for all aspects of managing and growing the Winchester branch. The role involves delivering exceptional service to our customers and clients alike when buying and selling property and managing and developing a team of professionals to fulfil their potential and exceed targets to ensure the branch is successful.

    We want our ideal Branch Manager to have a proven track record in Estate Agency with a minimum of one year’s recent experience at Manager level.

  • Experienced Block Manager - Southampton

    Pearsons Block Management in Southampton require an Experienced Block Manager. The successful applicant will be an integral part of the highly-motivated team, working within a long established, busy and successful office.

    We require an individual who is professional, methodical and organised, who can demonstrate excellent attention to detail and will help maintain the exceptional levels of customer service we pride ourselves on.

    -Attending AGM’s and meetings

    -Health & Safety Compliance
    -Section 20 procedures
    -All Associated admin
