PART-TIME LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - HYTHE

Pearsons Estate Agents are looking to recruit a part time Lettings Negotiator to be based out of our Hythe Branch.

We are looking for a highly motivated and focused individual to join our experienced team. The ideal candidate should have a good local knowledge of Hythe and the surrounding areas and the ability to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team.

Main duties will include advising new and existing Landlords of the rental value of their property and changes to the lettings market, conducting viewings with applicants, agreeing lets and facilitating move ins, completing property inspections and arranging maintenance when required.

Pearsons is a well-established firm who have a strong focus on customer service and producing results so applicants must be well presented with a lot of drive and determination. We pride ourselves on giving the best service we can, excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as well as IT skills and the ability to self-motivate.

This is a commission based role with a competitive salary on offer. The role requires someone who can work approximately 30 hours a week including one in three Saturdays, but otherwise there is flexibility as to the distribution of these hours.
