A Buoyant Auction Market as We Look Ahead to the Final Auctions of 2026

Following five successful auctions so far this year, we’re looking forward to our next auction on Wednesday 21st October, with 11 lots going under the hammer. 

With just six days to go, interest is already looking extremely encouraging. At the time of writing, we have 105 registered interested parties across the lots, with strong levels of enquiries, viewings and legal pack downloads. All signs point towards a busy and exciting auction day.

We believe our success this year comes down to a combination of competitive guide prices, sound initial advice and access to a motivated network of cash buyers. We’ve also received a number of pre-auction offers, providing further encouragement for our vendors as we work towards securing sales and exchanging contracts.

While other areas of the property market have faced their challenges, the auction market has remained buoyant, with increasing numbers of properties coming forward for sale. Our network of local offices enables motivated cash buyers to view properties and assess opportunities, helping to generate interest and competition among prospective purchasers.

Looking ahead, our seventh and final auction of 2026 will take place on Wednesday 9th December, with the deadline for entries being Friday 6th November.
