Spring Auction Update

The beginning of 2025 has seen a positive start for the auction department after what was a hugely successful year in 2024. We have hosted two auctions so far in 2025 raising £3,467,900 in property sales. We have sold 16 of the 23 auction properties that were available, achieving a respectable sales ratio of 69% and are working hard behind the scenes negotiating on post-auction sales to motivated buyers. We have 18 lots confirmed for our next auction on the 21st of May 2025 with good levels of interest already being shown and viewings taking place. We have a wide range of properties available from a houseboat in Southampton to a Lodge on the Isle of Wight. I am sure there is something of interest for everyone.

The most important thing to remember when selling by auction is, a successful sale results in an immediate exchange of contracts, with completion agreed for 20 working days thereafter making the whole process much quicker and more efficient.
