Auction Summer Market Update

We are pleased to report, that the Auction market so far in 2024, has continued to perform well with a noticeable renewed confidence being shown by investment buyers in particular, given the recent interest rate reduction. Our ‘Live Public Auctions,’ continue to provide a more efficient method of sale and therefore, if you should have a property, that you feel would ideally suit an auction sale, then the prospects of exchanging contracts on the day and completing in 20 working days, maybe something that would appeal.

The summer period has provided a consistent level of results with the May Auction producing a total sales figure of £1.92 million and our July Auction £2.27 million, with an overall total of over £4.10 million.

So far this year, we have sold property totalling £10,675,000 throughout our network of Pearsons Branches and Associated Companies throughout the Hampshire region.

Our fifth Auction of 2024 is being held on the 4th of September at our new venue, The Silverlake Stadium, Eastleigh Football Club, Stoneham Lane, Eastleigh, SO50 9HT kicking off at 11.00 am. We have a wide range of property types that we trust may tempt you enough to come along on the day.

We are pleased to report that initial interest has been strong and that we are currently still offering 16 Lots for sale. Our Auctions are open to the public, and we welcome buyers and sellers alike, as well as those who are considering selling by Auction in the future, who can experience the atmosphere of the sale room, and discuss their requirements with our experienced staff. 

A date for your diaries, should you have something that may well suit an Auction sale, is Friday 20th September, as this is the last date for entry into our October 23rd Auction.
