Property Auctions Market Update Spring 2024

2024 has started well, and if you are able to sell a property chain free, Auctions should be strongly recommended as a method of sale. Our average percentage over guide price for our April 2024 auction was 14.3%, and 10.00% for our May 2024 auction. So far this year we have sold property totalling £6,575,500 throughout our network of Pearsons branches and associated companies.

Pearsons are currently the only company in South Hampshire offering live, room Auctions, which sets us apart from other Auction houses. Our fourth Auction of 2024 is being held on the 17th of July at our new venue, The Silverlake Stadium, Eastleigh Football Club, Stoneham Lane, Eastleigh, SO50 9HT kicking off at 11.00 am. 

We are pleased to report that initial interest has been strong, and that we are currently offering 13 lots for sale with the cutoff date for new property entries being the 12th of June. Our Auctions are open to the public, and we welcome buyers and sellers alike, as well as those that are considering selling by Auction in the future, who can experience the atmosphere of the sale room, and discuss their requirements with our experienced staff.
