Property Auctions Market Update

The year has started well, and if you can sell a property chain-free, auctions are strongly recommended as a method of sale.  We sold property totalling just under £13.8m throughout our network of Pearsons' branches and associated companies last year.

Pearsons is currently one of the largest companies in South Hampshire offering 'live' room auctions, which sets us apart from other Auction Houses. 

Our first auction of 2024 is on Valentine's Day, Wednesday 14th February to be held in the Robin Smith Suite at the Utilita Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, SO30 3XH starting at 11.00 am. 

We are pleased to report that interest has been strong and we are currently offering 15 Lots for sale. Our auctions are open to the public and we welcome buyers and sellers alike, as well as those who are considering selling by Auction in the future, who can experience the atmosphere of the sale room, and discuss their requirements with our experienced staff.
