2021 was a busy year for Pearsons with high levels of activity in sales, lettings and auctions. With the changes in peoples requirements for more space at home; due to the impact of covid and a move towards home working, together with the stamp duty holidays; we have seen increased activity and price growth across all our areas of operation in Hampshire.
