Notes from the Rostrum - June 2022 Auction
We are back in the room once again for another live auction at the Ageas Bowl in West End.
After the success of our May auction (75% Sold of 15 lots), things bode well for the year ahead, with another mixed bag of Lots spread across Southern Hampshire.

There is a building plot in Gosport with consent for 2 flats and a Freehold site in Winchester with 15 garages, 7 of which have been sold on leases and the other 8 are still owned.
A couple of 2 bedroom flats are on offer between £99,950 - £110,000, both ideal rentals and there is a lock up shop with rooms above in the historic City of Salisbury.
A perfect ‘buy to let’ opportunity in Denmead, a 2 bedroom semi detached house with a garage which requires further updating.
In total there are 4 houses, all with 3 bedrooms, ranging in areas from Waterlooville and Havant to Totton and Southampton. Some are in need of updating, where as the semi in Bedhampton Hill has been refurbished to a good standard.
Finally, a rather interesting opportunity is ‘The Old Mill House’ in Lyndhurst Town Centre. Built in the 1800’s and nicely tucked away, this detached cottage has 2 bedrooms and an area of garden to the side which previously had planning consent for a 1 bedroom dwelling that has since lapsed.
Call Pearsons Estate Agents local office for a viewing appointment and we look forward to seeing you on the 22nd June.
