We are back in the room once again for another live auction at the Ageas Bowl in West End. 

After the success of our May auction (75% Sold of 15 lots), things bode well for the year ahead, with another mixed bag of Lots spread across Southern Hampshire.

There is a building plot in Gosport with consent for 2 flats and a Freehold site in Winchester with 15 garages, 7 of which have been sold on leases and the other 8 are still owned.
