Happy New Year to you all, I hope that you are surviving the inclement weather that we have been having.

I am pleased to report that 2026 has started brightly across our branch network. Traditionally, activity starts in the period between Christmas and New Year, with Rightmove reporting some of the busiest activity levels of the year, due to the general public starting to make their  plans for the year ahead.

Broadly speaking, we have seen, viewings, market appraisals and properties coming to the market in good numbers throughout, which bodes well for the months ahead.

There are legislative changes afoot that are going to affect the Lettings industry, we have representation from the majority of offices so please feel free to call in, or contact your local branch if you would like any information prior to its implementation on the 1st May 2026.
