Septembers auction

Our third ‘Live Auction’ at the Silverlake Stadium, pleasingly, saw a packed Room, full of keen buyers, eagerly anticipating the sale of 13 from the original 17 Lots available.

The Auction began with great momentum with the first two lots being sold with an average of 15% of the Guide Price. Overall, a respectable 53% sales ratio worth £2.81 million, and pleasingly, still one or two offers still to be dealt with. The auction, once again, has proven to be a productive one, which provides us with further optimism and encouragement, with two remaining auctions available, to end the year on a high.

Selling by auction continues to offer a more efficient method of sale and if your circumstances are right could allow you to close a sale transaction in 20 working days from the signing of an Auction Contract. Therefore, if you have something that you feel might suit an Auction sale, then we would welcome the opportunity to enter it into one of two of our remaining Auctions in 2024. The last date for entry into our 23^rd October Auction, would be Friday 20^th September.
