results from Julys Auction

Our fourth Auction of 2024, saw the second ‘Live’ auction at the Brooks Suite, Silverlake Stadium, Eastleigh. A pleasing attendance once again waited in anticipation as 16 out of 22 Lots originally advertised, were presented.

Whilst the Auction proved to be tougher than on previous occasions, we are pleased to report, the auction so far, has produced a respectable 9 sales, culminating in a total sales figure of approx. £2.27m. A number of sales have been concluded post-auction with a sales ratio overall of 41%. There are also several offers, still currently being negotiated for the remaining Lots.

We move on to our next Auction on the 4^th September 2024 with a number of good quality instructions, already secured. Please note that the last day for entry into this auction would be Friday 2^nd August.
