Our fourth Auction of 2026 was met with a very positive mood,
and a vibrant Auction Room produced an excellent outcome with 9 /15 Lots being
sold achieving a very respectable 16% above the Guide Price and sales ratio of 60%
culminating in approx. £2.24m sales.
So, we now move onto our September Auction in a positive
fashion, with several quality instructions already received. The last date for
Entry into our September Auction, is Friday 31st July, so if you
feel that you have something best suited to an Auction Sale, then please call
the Auction Team on 02380 - 474 274.
