With 22 lots on offer and still available at the time of going to print, we are pleased to be hosting our fourth auction of 2024.

 

As ever, we have a good spread of property types throughout Southern Hampshire, ranging from a ground floor flat in Southampton to traditional houses, bungalows, and investment properties with Guide Prices from £95,000 up to £495,000.

 

Our apartments start at £95,000; this is for a one-bedroom tenanted apartment in Southampton.
