Auction Results

Our second ‘live’ Auction on the 10^{th of} April was particularly well received, with a packed room of eager buyers waiting in anticipation for the 24 Lots to be Auctioned.

We are pleased to announce that with 50% sold we achieved a total sales figure of £2.9m. It is evident that momentum is building with the Auction market and that confidence is being restored to the Investment marketplace.

So, now we move on to our next Auction on May 22^nd. We are pleased to announce a change of venue, all future auctions will be held at the ‘Silverlake Stadium,’ Eastleigh Football Club.

We look forward to building a long-term business relationship with everyone associated with the Club and look forward to welcoming you to our first auction at our new venue.
