Our third
Auction of 2024, saw the first ‘Live’ auction at the Brooks Suite, Silverlake
Stadium, Eastleigh. A pleasing attendance, waited in anticipation as 19 out of
24 Lots originally advertised, were presented.
Whilst the
Auction proved to be tougher than on previous occasions, we are pleased to
report, the Auction so far, has produced a respectable 8 sales, culminating in
approx. £1.92m, a similar pattern has ensued since, with several offers,
currently still being negotiated for the remaining Lots.
We move on
to our next Auction on the 17th July 2024 with a number of
good quality instructions, already secured. If you have a property that you
