We head towards our first ‘live auction’ of 2023 0n Wednesday 15^th February with, a great deal of excitement and anticipation, as the New Year has begun well, with a number of good, quality Lots being featured.

 It would appear, that the attraction of potentially exchanging contracts on the day of the auction, with a 20-working day completion, is appealing and a big influential factor, to many of our clients, when thinking of selling their property.

The transparency and efficiency of an auction sale, allows closure more quickly, with the ‘peace of mind,’ demonstrating, that, by having a number of potential buyer’s bidding, in a vibrant auction room atmosphere, provides an assurance, that the best price has been achieved on the day.

We are pleased to report that with the continued success of our Auction Department, we will continue to hold live auctions at the Ageas Suite Ageas Bowl West End, with seven dates throughout 2023, having been booked.
