Results from our June auction.

Our Third ‘Live’ Auction on the 22^nd June saw a decent amount of eagerly awaiting buyers in the Room.

An assortment of different Lot’s produced a sale’s ratio of 75%, culminating in £1.3m worth of business. The main attraction, the ‘Old Mill House,’ in Lyndhurst, saw keen bidding and produced an excellent 22% above the Guide Price.

Live Auctions in our opinion, gives owners, the best opportunity to achieve successful results, as we firmly believe, that when you are ‘face to face’ in a Room, with a number of eagerly awaiting buyer’s, it gives us the best opportunity to produce figures well in excess of the Reserve, and therefore achieving more for you – our clients. We now move on to our next Auction at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton and the date for your Diaries is TUESDAY 16^TH AUGUST.
