Sales Market Update - Spring 2026

Welcome to our Spring Newsletter.

I am pleased to report that our sales offices are reporting strong activity, with increased levels of properties coming onto the market throughout our branch network, this in turn gives greater choice for buyers and a little more time to make a decision on what is, the biggest single purchase that the majority of us make.

The ongoing turmoil in the world has created some short-term issues with the financial markets. I am pleased to reassure our clients and customers that our chosen partners in the mortgage and financial world, Choice Mortgage Solutions are on hand to provide expert guidance and advice.

The Legislation relating to Lettings that I mentioned in my Winter newsletter was introduced on the 1st May and has, I am pleased to say, started without incident. Our staff are well versed with the changes and will be delighted to discuss any queries that you may have.
