Our first ‘Live’ Auction of 2024 saw a mixed-bag, with 14 Lots available on the day and a well-attended Room, that culminated in a 43% sales ratio and a net sales figure of £1,228,500. With a number of post-auction offers still currently being negotiated, then overall a decent start to the New Year.
Our next Auction on Wednesday10th April already sees some good quality instructions across the Hampshire region. Should you have something best suited for a property auction, then the date for your Diary is Wednesday 13th March, as this, is the last day for entry in to the April Auction.
