Pearsons Auction Dept, back in the Room with a Bang!

From the moment the Auctioneer welcomed the audience with ‘Nice to see you, to see you nice,’ we were back to doing what we do best, – selling property at a Live Auction. A room with a well-attended expectant audience, adhering strictly to Covid Safety Protocol.

With 10 Lots sold from the 15 available, a respectable 67% sales ratio worth just over £2 million and an average of 18% above the Guide Price returned.

With two properties sold prior, plus one or two offers received post-auction the mood was one of great excitement at being back in the Room.

We move on to our next Auction on September 8th with a number of properties already secured.
