Results from our December Auction

Our last Auction of 2021, saw a ‘jam-packed’ Auction Room held at a delightful change of venue, Cams Mill in Fareham.

As ever, the atmosphere was tense and full of anticipation, as the Auctioneer got proceedings underway. A fantastic Sales Ratio of 83% culminating in approx £867,000, and 20% of the Guide Price being achieved of the one’s sold in the Room, has contributed to a hugely successful year for the Auction Team.

We move on to 2022 with the next scheduled ‘live auction,’ at the Ageas Bowl on Wednesday 16th February. We have already secured a number of good quality instructions to help get the New Year off to the best of starts.
