Auctions Autumn 2024 Update

2024 has been a very positive year for Pearsons Auctions, and if you are able to sell a property chain free, Auctions should be strongly recommended as a method of sale. Our average percentage over guide price for our September 2024 auction was 10%, with a respectable 53% sales ratio achieved and so far, this year, we have sold property totalling £12.8 million throughout our network of Pearsons branches and associated companies.

Pearsons are currently the only company in South Hampshire offering live, room Auctions, which sets us apart from other Auction houses. Our penultimate Auction of 2024 is being held on the 23rd of October at our new venue, The Silverlake Stadium, Eastleigh Football Club, Stoneham Lane, Eastleigh, SO50 9HT At 11.00 am. We are pleased to report that initial interest has been strong, and that we are currently offering 14 lots for sale. Our final Auction of the year is on the 11th of December 2024 with the cut-off for new entries being on the 8th of November 2024. Our Auctions are open to the public, and we welcome buyers and sellers alike, as well as those that are considering selling by Auction in the future, who can experience the atmosphere of the sale room, and discuss their requirements with our experienced staff.
