Block & Estate Management Market Update

2024 has so far been another strong year for Block & Estate Management with the continued growth of the department. We have had two new team members join us to aid our existing and new clients alike with all taking their industry qualifications. We have been appointed in management for 15 new developments since the year commenced for a range of different clients including Right to Manage Companies, Resident Management Companies and Freeholders. 

We have recently seen that there have been some beneficial changes made in legislation for leaseholders with the recent passing of the new Leasehold Reform of 2024 and whilst this does need secondary legalisation to be completed, it is a welcome addition to our industry. This will improve leaseholders’ rights relating to the management of their buildings making Right to Mange or Collective Enfranchisement fair more streamlined and simpler.
