First Auction of 2024

As we head towards our first ‘live’ auction of 2024 we are pleased to report that activity levels for new instructions and valuations have increased, with more and more people it would appear, becoming more attuned to this efficient method of sale.

Therefore, if you have a property to sell that is chain-free, in need of repair, or has issues that may prevent a buyer from obtaining a mortgage, then a sale by Auction should seriously be considered.

At Auction, both you (our client) and the successful bidder have ‘peace of mind’, knowing that a formal exchange of contracts takes place there and then with a completion date to follow within 20 working days. No chains, no renegotiating, and no time-wasting!

With a total sales value of £13,798,500 in 2023, we head into the new year with continued confidence. Our February Auction falls on Valentine’s Day, 14^th February, to be held in the Robin Smith Suite, Utilita Bowl Cricket Ground, Botley Road, West End, Southampton starting at 11.00am.
