We invited Pearsons to advise on selling a vacant property by traditional auction, and I had a visit from Tom at the local Waterlooville branch and Gary, the auction manager. They gave us what we considered to be a realistic valuation, especially in the current unknown of the market, and advice on preparing the property for the auction. The agents arranged all of the viewings with pre-vetted (cash only) clients and kept us informed of the feedback received so that we could gauge the level of interest prior to the auction. This led to a swift and efficient sale achieving a reasonable & fair sale price. Thank you to all the staff at Pearsons for making this as simple as it could possibly be. I would not hesitate to use Pearsons again if in a similar situation.
