Our clients’ recommendations speak for themselves.
Dear Gina. Please accept my apologies for not getting this to you sooner, but I hope you'll understand that I've been a bit busy adapting to my new surroundings and settling in. We would like to thank Pearsons for all the very hard work the company has put in in marketing our property, dealing with enquiries, finding a good buyer and ultimately negotiating our sale to a successful conclusion. We have valued the unfailing courtesy, efficiency and friendliness of all with whom we have had contact, but our especial thanks should go to Lee and yourself for your professional and astute advice and constancy of approach. Whilst undoubtedly a large agency like Pearsons has many clients to deal with, we have always felt that we have been treated in an individual way which recognised the uniqueness of our Chilworth property. We would have no hesitation in recommending Pearsons as the agency of choice for properties in this area. Thank you again and please accept our very best wishes for the future.
Dear Jeremy. We just wanted to say a "huge" thank you for your help and assistance during our sale. We both feel that without your dedication and professionalism we would not be completing today. Many thanks.
To The Team at Pearsons. Thank you to everyone for all your hard work and dedication in what has been a hectic time for us. It is greatly appreciated.
Dear Sir. My mother and I recently sold a house near Eastleigh at auction. We were lucky enough to have Toby Wheatley of Pearsons acting for us. As we are living in Surrey and my mother is bedbound, it was not possible for us to meet with Mr Wheatley in person, but he organised everything for us and made the process easy. This would have been enough in itself to merit our thanks, but there was much more. Some time before the auction was due to take place, some distant relatives and a local person raised difficulties which could have seriously impaired the sale. At the same time my mother suffered a stroke which meant that my energies were very much diverted to her and I was in no fit state to deal with any other problems. Mr Wheatley took the whole burden upon his own shoulders, dealt with the troublesome parties, the solicitors and the supposed problem. Whilst keeping me informed at every stage, he kept all the problems and people away from me so that I could concentrate on my mother. I shall forever be in his debt for his skill, his professionalism and even more so for his humanity. I am more grateful to him than I can possibly say and am glad to have the opportunity to thank him for being a rock in what was a really hellish situation.
Dear Sir. Recently my mother and I sold a house near Eastleigh, thanks to the good offices of Pearsons. We began the process of choosing an estate agent back in September 2011. My mother is quite advanced in years and needed to come to terms with the sale of a home of some 65 years. In December 2011 we moved to Surrey and I had concerns that 'long distance selling' would not be easy. It was, indeed, in only Spring 2013 that my mother was able to reconcile herself to the sale of the house. Most fortunately for us, Mike Gilding, the Pearsons agent whom we had met in the first instance, had taken the trouble to keep in touch with us all along, so that when the time came he was able to discuss with us and guide us in the right direction. I think his way of keeping contact was done in a most sensitive and positive way and I would very much like to thank him for all the help and good advice which he gave us and would wish to commend him to you in the warmest possible terms. He is an agent who does credit to both Pearsons and his profession.
