I was pleasantly surprised with the deal that was offered to sell the house but, to my mind, the outstanding feature was the professionalism and friendly manner of your team and the regular feedback we received about how the property was being promoted and the way you were responding to interested parties. I found this a very much happier process than I did dealing with your yellow competitor across the road when I first bought the house (and indeed when I was asking for quotations initially). Simon came in with a price that was right in the middle of the range I got from the five or six agents who offered price estimates, and worked strategically and with integrity to achieve precisely this price, at a time of great uncertainty in the market, the Brexit confusion being at a particular high point in January and February.
