An absolute delight to deal with! As first time buyers we were apprehensive and although Pearsons were acting on behalf of the seller, they kept us up to date, chased when needed (Sophie sold our new home to us at 1st sight, Tom was excellent with updates). We received this lovely welcome box that had our home keys in it alongside other bits and bobs - this lovely gesture melted our hearts.
