It’s been a very long time since I moved house, forty years. During that time much has changed, none more so than the quality of the service I experienced with my estate agents. Under outstanding leadership from Debbie Passells, Nicki and Lynn make up the exceptional Pearsons Bishops Waltham Branch. They have proven to be totally reliable and to deliver all of their promises to schedule. Most impressive of all has been their willingness to take a pro-active approach with all aspects of my transaction, often taking initiatives without any instigation from me. Without exception they have provided solutions rather than problems throughout the transaction process. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. They have offered all-encompassing advice and action not only with selling my property but also with purchasing my new one. The fact that Debbie and Nicki have a wealth of experience, know the area incredibly well and are extremely well connected within the industry has enabled them to make those all-important phone calls behind the scenes that have kept the whole process moving. They have been fantastic at keeping me informed at all times as to what has been done, what is ongoing and where we need to be in the future. Going into the office is akin to visiting friends. They are always extremely friendly and welcoming and make me feel like part of their team. It doesn’t matter how busy they happen to be they always make you feel as though you are the most important client on their books. Apart from their exceptional professional approach it always helps enormously knowing these are decent, kind people with a good sense of humour. I could not have chosen a better team of estate agents to complete my house transaction from the very beginning to the end.
