Thank you for the excellent advice you gave us in marketing our house and negotiating the price. The lockdown for Covid-19 was rather a hiatus, and I am glad that the market eventually allowed furloughed staff to return. And we were equally impressed with Karen who has had less involvement but in the last day or so has been key to liaising with the short chain and their respective legal teams. So as you can tell, we feel the team have worked really well together through trying times from a dearth of activity and then through the steep take off progressing existing instructions while servicing new ones, and all in the context of school holiday completion demands and a stamp duty holiday market influx.
