Dear Sir. Recently my mother and I sold a house near Eastleigh, thanks to the good offices of Pearsons. We began the process of choosing an estate agent back in September 2011. My mother is quite advanced in years and needed to come to terms with the sale of a home of some 65 years. In December 2011 we moved to Surrey and I had concerns that 'long distance selling' would not be easy. It was, indeed, in only Spring 2013 that my mother was able to reconcile herself to the sale of the house. Most fortunately for us, Mike Gilding, the Pearsons agent whom we had met in the first instance, had taken the trouble to keep in touch with us all along, so that when the time came he was able to discuss with us and guide us in the right direction. I think his way of keeping contact was done in a most sensitive and positive way and I would very much like to thank him for all the help and good advice which he gave us and would wish to commend him to you in the warmest possible terms. He is an agent who does credit to both Pearsons and his profession.
