I understand that Mr Cliff Ciorra is to retire from Pearsons later this month and wanted to take the opportunity to express my admiration for his professionalism and for all the attention Pearsons has given to me as a client of yours over nearly two decades now. Cliff and the team he has led, has always been most attentive and efficient in all their dealings with me and my tenants over the years that I wanted you as Company Chairman to know this, as you prepare for his departure. From experience my friends have had of other letting agents (outside the south of England) I know that such service is not always the norm and I would be most grateful if you would pass on my sincere thanks to Cliff for all his diligence and careful attention to detail, ensuring good and long staying tenants, which is always such a good sign of competent management and my good wishes to Cliff for a long and rewarding retirement.
