We have recently conducted a purchase of a property through Pearsons and having had a lot of dealing over the last 3 years with many estate agents in both commercial and private purchases, sales and lettings. I wanted to express how impressed I was with the agent we dealt with in our current private purchase of our property. Noah Bradwell was on time, very personable without being forced, professional in his manner and suitably attired. His attitude was neither overbearing nor unengaged and was well informed on the property when we first viewed. During the price negotiation Noah was shrewd yet tactful and it was clear he was working to get the best deal for his client without being crude or disrespectful in his methods. It is a rare thing in my experience that an estate agent achieves all the above and was compelled to express my appreciation of the service Noah provided negotiating this sale to us on behalf of Pearsons and its client.
