Thank you for the excellent advice you gave us in marketing our house and negotiating the price. So as you can tell, we feel the team have worked really well together through trying times from a dearth of activity and then through the steep take off progressing existing instructions while servicing new ones, and all in the context of school holiday completion demands and a stamp duty holiday market influx.
