I'm particularly grateful to you for ensuring the chain remained in tact and the sale was done in good time to help us prepare for the arrival of our baby. Your communication with us was excellent. Also, having been looking for a house for 18 months Pearsons was the only estate agent that called us weekly to update us on properties on and coming to the market (thank you Sasha for those calls). We were chain free buyers with a good deposit and no other estate agent bothered to contact us at all despite us registering and giving them this information.
