Hi Gina and Simon, Now that the sale of my house in Gordon Avenue has just gone through, I wanted to write to thank you both in particular, but also others in your team I dealt with, for all that you’ve done. I found this a very much happier process than I did dealing with your yellow competitor across the road when I first bought the house (and indeed when I was asking for quotations initially). Simon came in with a price that was right in the middle of the range I got from the five or six agents who offered price estimates, and worked strategically and with integrity to achieve precisely this price, at a time of great uncertainty in the market, the Brexit confusion being at a particular high point in January and February. Pearsons came highly recommended by a friend of mine in the History dept at Southampton University, who has bought and sold several properties with you over the past 25 years, and she singled out Gina for particular praise, quite rightly too. I am now also very happy to recommend your office to anyone thinking of selling or buying in the Southampton area, thank you both very much for your fine work, it has been a pleasure dealing with you both and your colleagues.
