FULL-TIME SALES NEGOTIATOR – WEST END


We are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our growing West End office.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within the property industry, providing valuable experience in sales and client relations. The successful candidate will be supported through in-house training and will play a vital role in assisting with property transactions, customer service, and administrative duties. This position is ideal for individuals eager to start a career in estate agency and develop essential skills in a professional, and team environment.

Responsibilities
Managing incoming calls and responding to email enquiries
Prospecting for New Business – Canvassing
Preparing property details and sales documentation
Maintaining accurate records on internal systems and property portals
Liaising with clients, buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisors
Booking and confirming appointments and conducting viewings
Assisting with sales compliance paperwork
General office administration duties

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous sales experience (estate agency experience desirable but not essential)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
High attention to detail and accuracy
A professional and friendly manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good at working under pressure to meet customer expectations

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday – 9:00–18:00
Saturday (one in three) – 9:00–16:00

FULL-TIME PAYROLL/ACCOUNTS CLERK - SOUTHAMPTON


Pearsons Southern Limited are a long established multi-branch independent Estate Agency and Lettings Agency with head-quarters in Southampton.

We are looking for an experienced Payroll/Accounts Clerk for our busy head office. However, we will consider candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of the key functions listed below:

The role includes:
• Download daily bank statements
• Bank reconciliations
• Update the supplier bank details templates
• Pay suppliers, checking that the payments to be made are correct and modify where necessary
• Monthly journals
• Input customer invoices
• Record monthly income and prepare data for staff salaries etc
• All payroll duties including staff data input, P11d submissions, pensions and PAYE/NIC
• Filing
• Email/telephone queries
• In office position

Skills Required:
• Sage Payroll (essential)
• Sage 50 (essential)
• Excel (essential)
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• IT skills preferrable
• Good attention to detail is essential

Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

Full Time Administrator/Negotiator - Winchester


We are looking for an energetic and driven individual to join our positive Winchester Team.

Responsibilities will be split between general administration of the branch files and processes; and negotiating duties such as managing the applicant database. Every day is different!

Sales

The ideal candidate will be a people person, presentable, articulate and enthusiastic. With a willingness to learn and a passion for property.
