Thank you for the excellent advice you gave us in marketing our house and negotiating the price. We are very happy with the final outcome achieved, and would have no hesitation in recommending the Romsey office team. The lockdown for Covid-19 was rather a hiatus, and I am glad that the market eventually allowed furloughed staff to return. In the meantime, Matt did sterling work covering viewings and was very prompt in his follow up during the initial sale progression phase. On her return, Heather also worked well on the sales progression and was equally successful in checking out our queries and reporting back to us. And we were equally impressed with Karen who has had less involvement but in the last day or so has been key to liaising with the short chain and their respective legal teams. So as you can tell, we feel the team have worked really well together through trying times from a dearth of activity and then through the steep take off progressing existing instructions while servicing new ones, and all in the context of school holiday completion demands and a stamp duty holiday market influx.
