Notes from the Rostrum

With a much-renewed optimism for the Economy and the Housing Market, in particular, we have continued with a common theme of selling a number of properties outside of the Auction Room.  The July Auction, in particular, produced a magnificent 75% potential success sales rate.

This Auction brings another wide array of properties, spanning a broad price range across the region.

There are a number of properties providing an ideal ‘buy-to-let’ investment, which include a two-bedroom flat in Bitterne guided at £100,000, a modern three-bedroom semi-detached house in Denvilles and a character Listed building in Havant Town Centre worth a view. Alternatively, a two-bedroom house close to Fareham Town Centre that needs modernising or, a semi-detached house in Denmead in need of further updating, may also come high on your list!

There are once again, a number of bungalows all offering development potential, with one in Lovedean, in particular, having planning to replace the current dwelling with a pair of three-bedroom semi-detached houses.
